Bismarck medal

I have a medal (?) "125 Jahre Deutsches Reich 1871-1996" with prince fon Bismarck on
and have no information about mint. Is anybody knows more them me, please?

 I do not know what it all says (as the page is in German) but I think a part says 7,500 made.

 That page also has same image, including the certificate, again in German, and looks like 34mm size and 50,000 made in 1993 by M D M company.  http://www.mdm.de
