I would also pick the second, because it has, I think, better grade, especially the reverse looks better - look at the crown and the bricks of the little castles.

Hello exodia_patronos and welcome to the forum. I agree that the 2nd coin is the better grade of the two but I would never buy from eBay on "Buy it Now" listings because the prices are always over inflated. Much better to do some research and watch a few auctions to get an idea of what any given coin may be selling for. And then you should set yourself a maximum price that you are prepared to pay and if the auction goes over that you should let it go and don't get suckered in to overpaying. Sooner or later you will get a great deal on an auction that either no-one or very few people are watching and you will enjoy the coin all the more for it.
