How rare is a rotation error of around 60 degrees?
I'm talking about a Romanian coin from the 1940s

How rare an error is depends on what coin it is on. Some coins were minted with a rotation of 60 dg.

You have to check some coins.
In the USSR coinage the period of 1930-1935 is full of such rotations. As for 3 and 20 kopecks it's a hard work to find the medal alignment coin. I believe that in my collection there are just a few correct.
