I dont think it wear. It came from a bag of 10 1992 M 1 Rubl coins

And they are all XF to bag unc.

was it a material bag? If yes, then it's the "print" from the tissue (metal dust because of many coins rubbing each other, when the bag was moved). That's the only explanation I can find.
