٠ ١ ٢ ٣ ٤ ٥ ٦ ٧ ٨ ٩ - these are East Arabic numerals (used e.g. in UAE)
0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 - corresponding West Arabic numerals (used by us)
So, the dirham has written ١٩٩٥ - ١٤١٥ which means 1995 (AD) - 1415 (AH) :)
