Looks like someone bought a load of modern chinese fakes and got bored waiting for them to be shipped out.
I honestly wouldn't touch another coin from this series/period without running it past the experts first, too many dodgy coins out there.
This one speaks for itself though  /!

Neither coins are fake, they are like the Hobo Nickels of the early 19th century. Hard times = people screw around and mock with their coins
