#llya my friend send me this snap as he found with one dealer as he knows i have hobby of collecting coins. I will ask him if he can send me the edge snaps. Not aware of price

Not necessarily, it looks like a tarnished coin that has been cleaned in places.

Check the weights, if it is genuine it would grade at around F to VF, here is the values http://www.ngccoin.com/price-guide/world/russia-rouble-y-70-1913-cuid-46160-duid-129013
This is a counterfeit, the rims are very clearly uneven and the lettering is too crude

I don't know who your coin dealer is, but I would certainly not believe him on his word! Be careful with him.

This definitely looks like fake (uneven edges, rough detail), which in addition is made to look old in a very clumsy way. It has been given the look as if it circulated for years, which seems unlikely to me, because it was probably already a collector's item in its own days.

In an earlier post we discussed how to distinguish fake coins, and I still think that the most important rule is: when someone offers you a highly collectible coin for a bargain price, it is most likely a fake.
