Looks very suspicious. Bubbly surface, rough to little or no detail. At best a contemporary fake, I would say. Would be interesting to find out if it is actually silver.
Those 2 annas coins are absolutely tiny and don't have a lot of finer details that the larger coins do. It could be genuine, but in saying that there are a lot of forgeries of Indian coins around. Weigh it and see if the weights match up to what it's supposed to be.
Not an expert but I really don't like the look of the obverse.
