This is the only image that I can find of this item. I am wondering if anyone can tell me what it is or if it is already on this site. Also what this coin was used for. Was it an Emergency War Coin?

Let me rephrase it. What is the importance of those numbers.
The importance of those numbers, if you're curious, Holt...

Numista is somewhat strict on variants, which adds variety to a collection. Your token can be determined by those three varieties. Take out a ruler, determine the metal, and see which variety it is.

I do believe it is number 2
Now, if you do list it...

Make sure that, instead of making three entries, put in one entry three varieties in the years list at the bottom; then, after adding the coin, select the variant which you own.

I hope this helps!

You might want to check the article on Numisdoc about germany not-/kriegsgeld of the late empire/early
weimar republic. there are dozens of varieties on some coins not listed. that is - they might not be
varieties strictly speaking - because the material and the dies were not that of a high quality then.
but I think yours is the one less rare - F# number means the listing is taken from the german
"Funck - Notgeld catalog", a catalog which lists most of those coins/tokens with lots of major varieties
described.
can you link me to that article I couldnt find it

of course  :)
does anyone have access to an online catalog of the german one?

I've searched through the whole Internet, I believe, but there is no online version of Funck's catalog of notgelds :(
