Need help grading, 10 centesimi 1866 itallian.

Hi people here i have a 10centesimi 1866, i amnew to grading and am trying to learn, please take my grade with a pintch of salt and feel free to correct me, but in my opinion this coin is vf. What do you all think?

Well I would also say VF, but that corrosion and the rim ding on top....

Yer thats why i said take it with a pinch of salt. Dont think the oxodisation has come from this coin, was found in a bunch of coin, i have used a small amout of alkahol  and a cotton bud and have removed most of it with relitive ease, what do u think now.  I have not removed it all as i dont wish to rub it. I will use electrolysis at a later late to romove the rest.

Any idea on value in this state

ngc says 20 usd but I'm pretty sure that it's a bit more valuable, something like 20 euros
