I had no idea these were worth as much as they are, I assume this is the variety with dots, NGC values it at $10 in VF, I would say this is VF correct? The one with no dots is worth $125, I assume the dots are the ones by the date?

The dots are above and/or below the scroll below the denomination. They can be quite faint sometimes
