Help on a Dutch republic (?) coin [solved]

Hi,

here another one, which I cannot find on Numista, and I am not sure whether it is a coin or not. On this link it is for sale: http://www.cgbfr.de/provinces-unies-gueldre-ville-de-doesborch,fjt_02556,a.html. I have the same one right here.
But even from the link, I don't get whether it is a coin or a token...and who did it when.
All I understand is that it celebrates the Dutch Army in the war 1598/1599 against the Spanish army...
Does anyone know more?

Far away from the Dutch border...

Nurnberg or Nuremberg was the home of several well know jeton and counter token makers.
I can be wrong of course, I tried to find the medal in several catalogs.

So I have a medal/token, not a coin. What a pity - normally I don't collect Tokens.
But the value on the auction seems to be quite high at least....

I can not find any connection with Nurnberg, so perhaps I am wrong on that.
