What would you pay for this Italian States coin

Hi, I don't want catalogue value, I'm wondering what you would pay for it, I'm thinking of bidding on it and want to know a ballpark figure on current market value

It's a bit late if it is.  I didn't get any responses and it looked like a reasonable price, I got it for NZ$20 (£8.30 or US$13)

So what makes you think it's fake? It looks very similar to others I've seen for sale from auction houses, right down to the slightly misshapen "o" from "soldi"

No, I didn't think it was a fake, my friend. I just wouldn't buy it in this condition.

Ah! that's OK then.  You had me worried there for a while.  I don't mind the condition, and the price was about right for the condition.  I think it's worth around US$30 (about NZ$45 ) in VF and this one would probably come in at F so NZ$20 isn't far off.

Nope, I'll keep this one for now.  I haven't got many Italian States, the only ones I have are for the Papal States.  I'd like to pick up a couple of the tournesi and maravedis coins sometime too.  I'll put up some pics of it when I get it, who knows, it may actually look better in hand.
