Strange Canadian 1 cent

According to catalog, all Canadian cents should be either bronze or copper-plated.
And I wonder, what is that 1 cent I got, on the top? It looks completely the same color as nickel 5 cents.
I included other coins for comparison.

It has patches from some soldering, maybe it is just discolored from high temperature?

Someone maybe made it into jewellery, and put a pin on the back and had it silver plated. Maybe.
