I wondered if anyone can help me identify these Ionian Islands brass tokens. What year were they issued and by whom and what was their function?

I would think some kind of emergency money?
Is there something on the other side?

Sorry, I did think it was one picture.
I have some banktokens from India.
If you enter the bank you have to 'register' at a general counter
There you will get a token with a number that gives you the correct counter and a sequence number.

Perhaps the same?

Except that these have what seems to be a denomination value on the back although they do have sequence numbers on the front.
