Translation problem

Some of my messages from France come in French without a translation and when I use google translate some of them make no sense. I only have this problem French to English. All other languages have had no problems. Is this just me or is this normal?

Google translate is crap mate... your'e lucky if you can have 1 sentence correctly translated... best to do it word by word...
