I guess that Central Asia - Khorezm People's Soviet Republic (1920-1925) more belongs to Russia's section in frame of the new countries list (with ruble not dinar) or?

I agree. It was part of the early stages of the formation of the Soviet Union.

I also believe that Bukhara and Khiva should be treated as separate countries.
