I thought this would interest you. This jukebox token "GOOD FOR ONE TUNE ─ E" was altered on both sides in the same way by scratching out clumsily the "T" of TUNE:
I suspect the idea was either to make it look like a bilingual rarity with the French word "UNE", or else it was at some point re-used for some other purpose. I would prefer the second hypothesis since the scratching is so clumsy.
You can see other similar tokens by searching "good for one tune" in Google Images. I'm not sure what the large letter in the center means (E, S, etc.).
