What are your collecting goals for 2017?

Mine are:
  • Buy at least one decent quality silver coin ($40+) per month
  • Get my collection of pre-1945 Vatican coins complete (except for the gold 100 Lire coins)
  • Complete British North Borneo
Ah, I was thinking about starting a thread like this!

I'm entering my second year as a world coins collector, and I think I had a pretty good 2016 numismatically! In 2017, I would like to:

* Complete the typeset of 20th century pre-decimal British circulating silver coins. (I've already completed the non-silver types.)
* Acquire coins from Greenland, Mongolia, Papua New Guinea, and Western Sahara, just to finish coloring in the Numista map (apart from a bunch of islands).
* Buy my first gold coin, probably an Edward VII or George V sovereign or half sovereign.
* I would like to get to at least 250 Numista "countries" (currently at about 230) this year, but at some point the country list will be reorganized and the target number will have to be reappraised in that context.
Collection goals for 2017:

complete reorganizing my coin collection (from albums to 2x2).

complete more countries in my collection area (1900-date circulation non commemorative coins) right now 4 complete

reach 300 countries (right now at 256)
Complete my Portuguese collection (Republic till Euro).
I'm pretty sure that I will need to buy some in person, but a budget of 100 euro will be more than enough to achive my goals.
Cents are money too!
My goals for 2017:

Complete Socialist Mongolia (1925-1989)
Morocco- extend collection with some pre-1900 coins
Montenegro para coins - finish all years and maybe get some silver perpers
Try to get some key years from Hungary (1892-1989)
I haven't yet established them much, but very vaguely...

- Finish the darn Romanian base-metal type set (excluding single-year commemoratives) - currently at 38/80 or thereabouts
- Mongolian, same - apparently 14/32
- Soviet, same (not sure of the number, but I think I'm only missing 2-3 coins by now)
- Get at least one coin from each year 1800-2018 (yes, 2018, this is not a typo) - last time I checked I had 170/219, probably more now
- Get to 250 (preferably more) countries on Numista before the reorganization (after it the target numbers will mostly lose their meaning) - currently [s]233[/s] 238
-- If the reorganization is sufficiently delayed, get to 300 countries - but I probably wouldn't make it
- Get coins from Greenland, Western Sahara and Qatar, to complete the darn Numista map (minus a bunch of islands and dots)
- If money and persistence allow, get a coin from Liechtenstein, for the same reason (but those things are mostly too rare and expensive)
- If my wage/budget gets up from the silly $140/month it currently is, get at least one gold coin
- Get a few more 16th century dated coins (both AD and otherwise) - currently 10 (and it was 8 two days ago)
- Get at least one coin from each century, from 5th BC to 21st AD (6th and 7th century BC coins are too rare... maybe 5th too, might revise this part) - pending some attributions, currently 18/26, missing 5th, 4th, and 1st centuries BC and 7th, 8th, 10th, 11th and 14th centuries AD, but I probably already have coins from a few of those

Probably a few more that I didn't remember.
[EDIT: fixed some minor details]
My goals for 2017:

Complete San Marino Liras (1972-2001) including all silver ones.
Get some nice Ukrainian silver coins.
Buy some more golden coins.
ROMA AETERNA
My only goal: getting closer to 300 countries. As I have already 280, I already spotted a few "easy" countries to find, but not so much (between 5 and 10).

My slightly tricky goal for 2017: to find yet another topic/area/country/etc. which I can collect by means of swapping my Canadian commemorative quarters with other Numista members.
Any suggestions?

ROMA AETERNA
My goal for 2017 - to continue filling my circulation strike only, global set for my birth year 1969 - I received three more today, bringing me to 275/370 .. As well, working backwards filling the silver years in my Canadian albums.
(not a coins thing per se, but if there are any coin AND stamp collectors out there) - looking to trade stamps from an inherited collection into coins for myself. Same profile name at Colnect, the stamps are listed there.

Polish 2 złote commemorative coins?
I thought about it but it seems that many collectors from Eastern and Central Europe prefer registered mail which is very expensive here in Canada.
