Is there a cross-reference guide for different reference numbers?

I know there are many different reference or catalog numbers for coins. The helpful drop-down list on the "advanced search" tool shows me that there are even more number types that I have not yet encountered.
Has anyone made a cross-reference guide for the coins that are known by more than one number?
KM# __ = Y# __ = CGKL# __, and so forth?
Thanks
The simple answer is no, I have never seen any type of cross-reference listing for different catalogs. However, I'm not sure one is needed. Usually the more recent text on a particular subject supplants the original, because it builds on the work from the original.
If there is one, it would be Numista! :)

I'm planning to add all schon#s since it looks like it's the most used after the KM#s
And I added many Fr#s too since I find them usually for gold coins

After seeing Schon reference for the 1st time today, apparently they have their own numbers listed next to KM# in square brackets!

Example of Lorraine: a global French Feudal issue catalog named Boudeau and a specific Lorraine catalog named Flon. Some coins listed alone in Boudeau have multiple Flon references. Sometimes there is no Boudeau reference.
