Unknown Chinese coin [solved]

4 posts
My husband and I have recently been going through the coin collection we have acquired through other family members. We have one coin that has, up until now, been unidentifiable. I have a few friends who speak Chinese (not sure if it is Cantonese or Mandarin, so I'm generalizing). I asked one and all she said is that the coin says it is from China and that it has "63" on it. There are no denominations or anything like that on it. It has these beautiful flowers on it and I've done everything I can think of to identify it and it is keeping me awake at night. Does anyone have any ideas, information, anything? I'm going insane! I appreciate y'all's time and any thoughts.

It's the one below. I just put in "Taiwan 63" and it came up with it. You can also type in Chinese if you want by clicking "Options" below the search bar, then "special keyboard".
