Is this a die crack?

Is this an example of a die crack?

I am not suggesting that this is uncommon or valuable (I know they are not, I also know they are not classified as proper error coins), I just need an example of a die crack, so wanted confirmation that the spurios raised line on one side only of the coin is the result of a die crack.

this a 25p coin from India and regarding a die crack I have one ,the photo of which I will post within a few days
Matt,

I've been told to look at the line very closely, because sometimes a scratch will produce a ridge along side that is often mistaken for a cracked die.  If the die was cracked then the compressed planchet would fill the crack, producing a ridge without an adjacent groove as seen with scratches.  I have a Iranian coin where the die cracked 3 ways.  I'll try and upload a picture.

Sorry about the focus.  I included a recently acquired German die fault as well.
