Calm appeal/New countries

Hello all,

I will be doing some approved changes tonight. (It is 20:30 here) Countries might dance back and forth this evening. If everything goes smoothly, new countries should appear today.

Still not too big to shakeup 300 country club.

In other news, admin for Outings was selected, we have one new referee for Liechtenstein and Ragusa - hoffman12

Xavier done some bugfixes, mainly aimed at easing our work.

Space for changes that appeared.

1. Mongol Empire got renamed to Mongol States
2. Livonia was made 1st level country (work in progress)
3. Latvia was thus made separate country and not a category
4. Duchy of Courland was moved from PLC to Livonia
5. Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth was thus made separate country and not a category
6. Mongol States were made category.

5 New countries were added under Mongol States:
Chagatai Khanate
Golden Horde
Great Mongol
Ilkhanate
Timurid Empire

Kievan Rus and Rus Principalities were created. For the sake of all of us, they will be now separated, and once new system will be established, they will be shown under Russia, Ukraine and Belarus.

Archbishopric of Riga
Duchy of Livonia
Free City of Riga
Livonian Confederation
Swedish Livonia

Just upped this. All changes are done now and surprisingly, it works.
