Can someone please show me the differences between close and far date?
I dont seem to find any differences.

I only found that i have one with coin and one with medal orientation. for the same 1987 year . is that something special?

I know a difference between the 9 on the date...near and far to 8.

Do you have any pictures?
Also it's normal to have medal alignment?

The distance here is 1 mm so near type.
All are coin allineament so i think you have a strike error.

On top near 9 and 8
Below far 9 and 8

They are both close year variant.
