The posted coin looks more real than fake; the province names and denomination in Chinese and Romanised script are correct, but it's good you brought that up, because I can't be 100% sure either way.

Maybe $15 US? VF seems like a fair grade, and part of the reason I'm willing to bet on your coin's authenticity is because it's not a type from some super rare province.
Same question came to my mind, and looking at dragon side design (scales, rosettes, clouds), I'm doubtful..
