It appears to be greek rather than roman, and it would need to be seen in hand to determine authnticity, though someone more expert in these coins may chime in.
I collect anything: If it's Italian or Italian states i collect it even more!

Hello,
It's a fake bactrian coin. The patina is wrong and typical of tourist replicas. It is cast and not struck. It should be in silver.
