Polished Coin

I found few silver coin but i polished them with those jewelry cloth, they work very well, it look like new again. I took to a coin buying place they said if i polished them is not collector anymore and wanted to buy them as a scrap metal. I told them i rather keep it then. What i have
All are silver coin dated 1942,1952 dime, 1964 quarter
and last a 1967 Half Dollar with no mint location printed. I went on youtube did some research they said because of no minting they start to melt them down. So there will be only few left and will be super rare to find.

If no collector want my polished coin, I keep it for myself as a collector. It better to have it then not having something rare. Show of your friends you have the most rare coin.
If I understood your English right you polished some common US silver coins to death and as such the guy you visited was right. You reduced the little numismatic value to the intrinsic metal value with your action.
Polising coins dosn't make coins look like new it makes them look unnatural, also most dimes and quarters of that time will probably not be rare for the foreseeable future.
Anyways keeping them was the right decision because silver is at a very low point right now.

Welcome to Numista, by the way.

And I hate to rain on your fine parade, but the 1967 Philadelphia half dollar isn't "rare" at all, with nearly 300 million coins made: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces10865.html
Never clean coins, it will ruin the value of the coins. Thankfully, all the coins you did clean were only worth the silver value in the first place, so you didn't do much harm in this case.

I agree too!
Cleaning coins removes the history of a coin!!!

Oh, yes, that makes perfect sense. I wonder why I didn't think of that. :D

If that's the case then I believe it's probably worth little more than face value then.
