Yours is definitely not a coin of any sort; it's a poor imitation of an Ottoman coin, probably used on a belly dancer's costume.

Is there any thing written in Arabic on the coin? It is really thin and weighs almost nothing.

​Nothing written in Arabic, or in Turkish (Arabic script); but that's because the imitation on the side with the mock "toughra" is essentially random lines rather than any writing.
