He has a very strange definition of junk silver... normally I think very worn silver coins with holes and stuff are called junk silver?
I dont think it was necessary or worth lifting to clean those coins.

Thanks for the feedback. The PVC in the holders was corroding the coins. They are not key dates, and not MS, so mostly Junk Silver to me. I have fuil sets of each in MS state already. But thanks!

Ah now I understand, PVC damaged coins probably should get cleaned but still I always would be careful with cleaning coins.

​Thanks, the coins had become fused with the old plastic somehow.
