Came in a 2x2 saying "India" .

Perhaps a copper struck during the Satavahana Dynasty or in the state of Mysore.​
I don't know much about these but... looks Indo Scythian

This is a 'unit' coin of Azes (ca. 58-20 BC) (Indo-Scythian). Above the elephant is a letter similar to ɿ. Above the bull are two letters, a type of A and ɿ. This coin is cataloged by R.C.Senior in Indo-Scythian Coins and History (2001), #100.30. It is undated.
