swap lists for sale

I have notice several members that have their swap lists for sale. Is there a list of members that do this? Does anyone have a recommendation for a member that does this and is reasonable on prices? It looks to me like a good way to put together some date sets. I assume that most use paypal for payment? Any info from those that have done this before would be appreciated, thank you.

I've bought from Myeackle a couple times (paypal) and he's been great to work with.

I have been involved with approximately seventy-five Numista member purchases. In all transactions the seller has required the buyer to pay the Paypal fee by sending payment to "friends and family".

Paypal fees are minimal, currently 2.9%

If you are "paying for an item or service" (aka "goods and services") the burden of the Paypal fee will be placed on the seller. I don't see that happening.

​Well, it's best to discuss with the seller prior to sending any form of payment. There are pros and cons to both, and it's a good idea to communicate the details so there are no surprises for either party.
