The following need to be listed for South West Africa;

King George V - 1915 - 36.

King Edward VIII - 1936.

King George VI - 1936 - 52.

Queen Elizabeth II - 1952 - 61.

Hello

Periods of South West Africa were added. I don't think the individual rulers make sense though, because they were not directly monarchs of South West Africa, but of South Africa. South West Africa was a province with special status of South Africa.

The monarchs don't appear on the notes and also notes span several monarchs, so individual monarchs would just complicate things.

South West Africa was actually a mandated territory, not actually a province of South Africa.

South West Africa became independent in 1990 as Namibia - a British Commonwealth republic.

In the very first line of the link you shared it says:
" it was under South African administration, from 1915 to 1990."

edit: That's also why I said "province with special status" and that is also why the ruling authority is added as "Territory of the Union of South Africa" which is confirmed by your link. So I don't see the problem
South West Africa was a territory of the Union of South Africa from 1915 to 1961, then a territory of the Republic of South Africa from 1961 to 1990.

South West Africa's banknotes were issued under the Union - but South West Africa was issuing postal orders right up until the day before Namibia's independence day.
