So I've now made a list of ruling authorities of Ireland. It's probably not ideal, since I'v'nt checked wether every one of these pre-Republic ruler, got coins minted (in their name) and it's only as completer as to the earliest coins on Numista. There is also a few problems with some of the high kings, since I couldn't figure out from when they reigned, only when they died. But hope it's a help at least :D

King George VI's reign in Ireland should be classed in 2 parts;

1936-37 as King of the Irish Free State.

1937-49 as King of Ireland - as Ireland was still an independent Dominion in the British Commonwealth.

The only Irish coin struck under King Edward VIII is the 1936 Farthing.

Thanks,
Again this list is too generic, many monarchs did not issue Irish coins, and all the local rulers are missing from your list.
I just added all the rulers for Ireland according to SCBC vol. II, 2015 edition.

There were no coins struck under the High Kings of Ireland.

There were coins struck for the Viking Kingdom of Dublin though.

https://www.historyfiles.co.uk/KingListsBritain/GaelsIreland.htm#Modern mentions about King George VI as Ireland's monarch from 1936 to 1949.

Aidan.

There is a very strong case for adding King George VI to the list of monarchs for Ireland.
