I have a coin that has all the marking of
https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces13158.html . It is 24.6 dia and weight of 4.2 Gr. It appears to be brass not gold. would this be considered a replica, token or forgery?

It is 100% a token - search 'spade guinea' and there are many examples on here.
The name is from the shape of the shield.
