Please could the first of these be removed with owners transfered to the second? I suspect the fact that the first has the wrong value is the reason this duplication occured.

Looking at the modification history, the second was created under South Vietnam whereas the first was created under regular Vietnam, and was moved to South Vietnam later. Duplicates can be more difficult to find when located under different countries.

Regardless: the duplicate is gone. :`
