I heard on BBC Radio 2 yesterday that it was the anniversary of its creation.
The United Nations created the Food and Agriculture Organization on 16 Oct 1945.

FAO coins are one of my favorite to collect, but some of the designs are pretty bad... Looking at you, Cyprus KM#43!

There is a book all about them, but it is $45 postage, almost as much as the book.
it is heavy though 😁
