I just lost a bet with myself - seeing what the title was, I guessed it would be this one ...

Especially as knowing you like blacksmith coins, I thought it would be that one I picked!

Well, that one is pretty masculine, but it does have a woman on the Observe, and the sovereign has a King with an Awesome beard, I took that into consideration.
PS I obviously stole this Idea from Phill, good idea Phill

I wish my beard was as grand as George V's.
I can honestly say I have never considered a coin to be masculine or feminine before. But now that you mention it George V does possibly have the greatest beard in history; that said after Brian Blessed of course - and what could be more masculine than a depiction of a bloke skewering a Dragon.

Paul Hindenburg, Field Marshall and Wiemar President is probably the most manly man ever to appear on a coin. Check out the neck!

Quote The Polish National Army attacked the Germans in West Prussia and Posen, driving tens of thousands from the big cities. Hindenburg planned an offensive in spring 1919 to recapture territory lost to Pilsudski’s forces, but General von Seeckt advised the German President to disarm Hindenburg and end the fighting in the east lest the Entente use it as an excuse to resume war against Germany.http://www.oocities.org/veldes1/pilsudski.html

Diego, you have most excellent taste.
If I had the funds I would drop everything and start collecting Swiss shooting Thalers, they are right up there with Victorian colonial coins in my far from humble opinion.

I gotta say that I don't find coins with nude men on them masculine at all. They strike me as rather gay... which as far as I understand about male culture does not equate with masculine. Please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. (Also one should be aware that I am exceptionally LGBTQ positive. I'm talking about stereotypical masculinity here, because that seems to be the issue at hand.)
