Autorités émettrices Belgique - Ruling authorities Belgium [solved]

Je suis d'avis qu'il manque une autorité émettrice pour la Belgique : Charles, régent entre 1944 et 1950. Une histoire oubliée.
En 1944, Léopold III a été déporté en Allemagne. Le parlement belge a nommé son frère Charles comme Régent.
Libéré en 1945, vu son impopularité en Belgique, Léopold III n'est pas rentré immédiatement, et son frère est resté régent jusqu'en 1950.
Léopold III était toujours le roi, mais dans "l'impossibilité de régner". Il n'était donc pas l'autorité émettrice.
Certaines monnaies et billets de Belgique et du Congo belge ont été émis durant la régence du Prince Charles.

It is a forgotten story in Belgium ; to me, a ruling authority lacks in Numista's system.
In 1944, Leopold III was deported in Germany. The Parliament named his brother Charles as the Regent of the nation.
When Leopold III was liberated in 1945, because of his unpopularity, he didn't come back and his brother stayed until 1950.
Leopold III was still the monarch, but "in the impossibility of reigning". As so, he was not the ruling authority.
Some coins and banknotes were issued during Prince Charles' regency in Belgium and Belgian Congo.
