Change my collection database

Hello Xavier and how are you? I am resuming my collection on time. After the layou change, for the better, very good, I found some difficulties and I request a help for a change in the database referring to my collection, please study the possibility, as follows:
1) Would it be possible, only for coins that do not have units to exchange (coins for swap), to put all comments as private? that is, move from the Public comment field; to the Private comment field? The numbers between () are the sequential identification in my collection, and correspond to the number printed on a label attached to the coin holder, so there is no interest for anyone but me.
2) Place all the coins in my swap list, which do not have the defined finishing degree (UNC, VF, XF ...), for the VF degree, for all of them?
Would it be possible to handle the database so that this happens faster, than I do one by one, as I am doing?

Bonjour Xavier et comment vas-tu? Je reprends ma collection à temps. Après le changement de layou, pour le mieux, très bien, j'ai trouvé quelques difficultés et je demande une aide pour un changement dans la base de données se référant à ma collection, veuillez étudier la possibilité, comme suit:
1) Serait-il possible, uniquement pour les pièces qui n'ont pas d'unités à échanger (pièces contre échange), de mettre tous les commentaires en privé? autrement dit, déplacez-vous du champ Commentaire public; dans le champ Commentaire privé? Les chiffres entre () sont l'identification séquentielle dans ma collection, et correspondent au numéro imprimé sur une étiquette attachée au porte-monnaie, il n'y a donc aucun intérêt pour personne d'autre que moi.
2) Placer toutes les pièces dans ma liste d'échange, qui n'ont pas le degré de finition défini (UNC, VF, XF ...), pour le degré VF, pour toutes?
Serait-il possible de gérer la base de données de manière à ce que cela se produise plus rapidement que je ne le fais un par un, comme je le fais?
