Singapore 20 cent coin 2019 [solved]

The numista page for the third series 20 cents (https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces42896.html) only lists years 2013-2018, but there is a coin from 2019 in my collection (photo below). The coin is magnetic, so it is not a silver proof issue. Is the numista page outdated, or is there something special about the coin? The coin is pretty rare though, there is only one coin from 2019 in my collection of a few hundred Singapore coins.
