Hi can somebody give me any information on a coin I found this afternoon in my 16th century cottage

Appears to be similar to these tokens from 1608-1612. Try google search with the information from these pages:

Hi thanks for that we think it’s this one but the wording on the fleurs-de-lis side, ours finishes with VON.
