20000000 Turkish New Lira

After acquiring a 20,000,000 New Lira, I noticed that the Numista page says that it was only printed in 2000, but Wikipedia and the website for the Central Bank of Turkey says that they were printed from 2000 to 2004. Any help in solving this would be appriciated.

Are you referring to (P-215) or this banknote listed in Numista? In the future would it be possible for you to link the note you are referring to? It helps clarify what exactly you are asking about?

If this is the note you are referring to, then the year 2000 simply indicates the first year it was issued. When you see "ND" that means there is No Date printed on these (which is the majority of banknotes) so the only way one can really pinpoint a year is through the serial number prefix & signature combinations. The site below also indicates that there were watermark variations.

Here is another site you can check this Turkish hyperinflation note out with.
