Hi,
This coin was listed as a 1/4 Ecu, but the size & weight don't seem to match anything online & the edge again looks really bad.
I've done the ice cube test but it's pretty inconclusive.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

To me it looks exactly like this "large silver tone souvenir token medal". Whatever that is
. 38mm too, but does not indicate weight.
