On page https://en.numista.com/catalogue/note246004.html the date of issue is given as March 1, 1922. Examining the photo of the obverse at the top of the page, the date of issue is December 1, 1921 and the demonitisation date is March 1, 1922. Because the year needs to be changed, I don't think the regular referees can do this.
