Please add a new mint to the list of mints:

Valsts papīru spiestuve un naudas kaltuve ('State printing house and mint') in Riga, Latvia

The site was operational between 1919 and 1940. Latvia KM#10 and KM#11(.1/.2) were minted there.

KM#1 & KM#2 - never was minted there, only KM#10, KM#11.1 & KM#11.2

I submitted the changes for the two coins, but I can not select this 'mint' as the printer of the banknote I referred to in the post.
