Could we have added the National Bank of Denmark for the Danish realm; Denmark, Faroe Islands and Greenland?
I think it should be called, for all three countries:
National Bank of Denmark (1818-date)

Since Nationalbanken issue(d) notes for all three countries.

On a side note, isn't the Faroe Islands notes issued by Denmark's National Bank?
