Your host coin is this 1/10 ecu (1/10 philipsdaalder) of Brabant dated 1572, since the obverse legend ends in DVX BRAB https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces52608.html.

The countermark signifies it is from the revolt in Flanders, like this example of a different type: https://www.acsearch.info/search.html?id=4591030
