You can do it yourself. Or you can send them to be graded. Search the forum for other threads on grading.

If they are Proof, they won't need grading. If they are UNC: they are UNC. But NGC and PGCS are official grading services.

I just like the idea of them being in the cases you see graded coin in , does it add to the value of them much do you think ?

Depends on the coin really. But, when a coin is certified by a grading service it is a big positive, for when/ if you want to resell.
