This is not a coin, but token, like "coins" from Tatarstan (another region of Russia)

FYI Checnya is region of Russian Federation and didn't issue any coins. By russian low only Bank of Russia has right to issue coins. In 2012 was issued set of 7
souvenir coins that doesnt have legal tender.
