I honestly have tried to work these dates out but failed - ca someone help please
How can we help you when you post photos like this?
Hope this helps
In order of the first picture
2007/11/28 --> 28/11/2007
905129 (first and last digit make up the year) --> 05/12/99
2008/9/10 --> 10/9/2008
2003/3/10 --> 10/3/2003

I also had a small learning curve for these notes, but once you've memorized the 10 digits (tip, if you turn the numbers 90° anticlockwise, some start to look familiar again: 2, 3, 4, 7) and the dating system , it gets easy peasy ;)
Just call me Bram

No new swaps for the moment, still too many half-ongoing swaps to clean up!

Nice tip Bram.
I remember a few numbers, for the rest I prefer the Numista date converter.
In the past I have used the Creounity Time Machine

I had the same learning curve and realized I had two 1 Pound notes with unlisted dates.

"anticlockwise"?? Is that how they say in Europe? In the USA it is always "counterclockwise". This would be a good thing to include when I teach my students vocabulary development at the university.

counterclockwise does sound more correct ... just a non-native mistake I guess ;)

 I guess you did not right-click and 'Open link in new tab' as the
pictures are very large ...
